Really enjoyed the hotel, its fantastic location and my clean room. The staff were helpful and made me feel comfortable. Location: the venue was so close to the waterfront and the centre of La Spezia and the restaurants and shopping. It also was close to everything.
My room was actually very noisy.

The personnel was extremely helpful, and the host too. An electric kettle and a refrigerator in my standard quadruple room were a very thoughtful addition. All the necessary was there, including bathroom with a bidet...

I had a wonderful stay at this modern and attractive apartment. The helpful hosts provided clear directions for getting into the apartment, and the beds were super comfy. I especially loved the cute balcony overlooking the neighborhood. The location was great, close to restaurants and the train station, making it the perfect base for exploring Cinque Terre. The lift was an added bonus, making it easy to bring up heavy suitcases to the second floor. I had a fantastic experience at La Casa Di Mattia Bed & Breakfast.

Loved the balcony and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The air conditioning was a definite plus, especially during the hot weather. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the centre of town. There are many nice restaurants in the area, offering a variety of cuisines. it is very close to the train station, making it convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions like Cinque Terre.
Although the room was clean and comfortable, some guests mentioned that it could get noisy at times due to thin walls and noise from neighboring rooms.

Great location, close to restaurants, trains, and port. Spacious rooms with good amenities. Aircon was a bonus.
Communication was difficult as the lady who received us didn't speak English. Elevator key was not provided upfront, causing inconvenience with carrying heavy luggage.
